Audit and maintain cloud-based personnel files.  Ensure current & ongoing compliance with applicable state & federal laws.

In partnership with 3rd party vendor, process payroll.

Serve as organization HR expert; field questions from employees regarding benefits and general HR issues.

Serve as administrator for benefit plans; manage plan documents and annual reporting; perform entries to retirement and other plans per pay period.

Issue/process new hire paperwork including payroll form, direct deposit, I-9, W-4, local W-4, benefits enrollment/waiver, etc.

Draft offer letters for prospective employees.

Process employee terminations including withdrawal from various benefits and enrollment in COBRA (where applicable).

Process employee reimbursements.

Assist with performance management process.
