Establish and maintain QuickBooks file(s) on our QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software.
Manage all aspects of A/P and A/R.
Manage the corporate credit card, including payment and monthly reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and timely financial records in QuickBooks. Perform monthly functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed asset depreciation, and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, as needed.
Maintain cloud-based vendor files containing W-9’s, invoices, ACH authorizations, etc.
Assist in development, implementation, and management of annual budget and cash flow projections.
Provide regular financial reports and cash flow projections (at least monthly, or more often, if required) to senior management.
Assist with preparation of Board reports.
Partner with CPA in preparation of annual 990.
Partner with auditor in preparation of annual audit.
Partner with CPA in preparation of annual tax return.
